I have been asked this recently, and I always tell them it is a very family friendly place, during the days you can here kids playing in the neighborhood, which to many provides a sense of security. On the other hand, it is also equally enjoyable and friendly towards younger adults and/or college students. With the amenities included such as washer/dryer, 2 pools, a tennis court, and the cardio room, any negative impressions one could have about the property are quickly whisked away by the multitude of positives which are offered. Parking congestion is often brought up by visitors as well as the lack of clearly marked building address. A strategic redesigning of parking pads (perhaps including "assigned" parking, with visitor spaces) and reflective or larger building address markers could drastically increase the rent-ability and popularity of this already well maintained property.

Grounds well maintained, security is good, maintanence prompt.

I would tell them it is a great place to live. Nice people around and nice people who own the properties and work for them. The only con I have is the fact that I put in a maintenance request for something breaking every other week it seems like.
